Knee-Jerk Reactions (5/6/2012)

– Is all of the “Aaron Green transferring” stuff out of our systems unless needed for context or reference?

– It’s pretty cool (and rare) when you get to play football together from the JUCO level through the NFL – even briefly. Congrats to Lavonte David and Yoshi Hardrick.

– Speaking of Lavonte and the newest NFL Huskers, can anyone else see this being played somewhere during recruiting visits?

– An Ohio State-bound linebacker decommits, more Courtney Love jokes.

– ESPN’s College Football Live ranked Nebraska as No. 17 heading into 2012. Can’t argue much right now as the Huskers usually start off 15 or so.

– At this point, I’m just loving what Tim Miles offers on a daily basis. He tweets more than many football players, snags seven-foot Serbian centers and appears to go above and beyond in everything he does. Wouldn’t you if your boss put HDTVs in the bathroom stalls?

– Things have been up and down for the Husker Hardballers lately, a summary of their entire season, but at least we got this:

– In case you hadn’t heard, former Husker pitcher Dan Jennings was brought up by the Miami Marlins. So far? 1.2 innings pitched, four walks and one hit given up. Gotta crawl before you can walk.

– Taking us out is College Football Live’s roundtable on Nebraska football…as of right now. Enjoy.
