Because we believe in telling you the whole story, here's how it shook out with wide receiver Niles Paul's DUI arrest from way back:
The DUI charge was dumped.
The MIP was put into pre-trial diversion
The driving under suspension charge was dumped.
Paul copped to reckless driving, got a $150 fine.
If Niles misses a second of the Florida Atlantic game, we'd be surprised. He and his lawyer handled this nicely.

I would be surprised. The DUI charge was dropped. I heard thru the grapevine the whole thing was pretty much bogus, that Niles really wasn't driving erratically and may have swerved for a second as he changed lanes. Classic definition of trumped up charges.

I wouldn't be surprised if Pelini has some kind of discipline for Paul...there are consequences or should be for dui.
