One question about Roy: Is he always like that?

Interesting note there about Suh. He really does seem to "get it" when it comes to stuff like that. We're lucky to have him.
Not so wild about TO's take on a playoff, though. I just don't think it makes that much sense, especially in light of his stance on a couple losses a year disqualifying you. That basically guarantees some teams will take it soft in its non-conference.
