Fanatics in Kearney was a great place to spend Game Day this past Saturday.

While the Huskers were lackluster, all of the fans at Fanatics showed the great Husker spirit and will stand behind the team. No booing here...just best wishes for the Huskers on the next game.

The owners, Scott and Todd, were very gracious and reminded us that on a normal game day, the crowd would be going nuts. Sure, the atmosphere was a bit subdued, but that was from watching the Huskers fumble, and stumble, and fumble some more.

We played some trivia games and gave away some great prizes, including a signed Tom Osborne book.

All in all...Fanatics is a great place to be on Game Day and any day.
