Pretty darn good news so far for NU skipper Mike Anderson as junior-to-be pitcher Mike Nesseth slipped to the 15th round and incoming recruit Tom Lemke, a 6-7 lefty out of Phoenix, wasn't drafted until the 10th round by the Rangers.
that's 2 pitchers who may have a very good chance of returning to NU in 2010. Especially Lemke, who could be a first-round guy with a couple good seasons at Nebraska. We'll see... -

I'll bet Nesseth takes the plunge, but we should get Lemke.Beautiful Nebraska, peaceful prairieland,
Laced with many rivers, and the hills of sand;
Dark green valleys cradled in the earth,
Rain and sunshine bring abundant birth.

Geoff Baldwin was also drafted in the tenth round. He's a recruit. -
